Description
The Primitivo of the Era brand belongs to the line dedicated exclusively to organic wines.
Primitivo grapes are harvested and de-stemmed, then vinified with a maceration of 7–8 days. Fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated steel vats, while the 3-month ageing takes place in wooden barrels.
Intense ruby red colour with purple hues, the wine is expressed on the nose with notes of cherries, blueberries and other ripe fruits. The taste is well structured, with silky tannins.
Ideal accompaniment to roasted meats and aged cheeses.
