Description
Puligny Montrachet by Marc Morey was born in vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Puligny-Montrachet.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in French oak barrels, before being bottled.
It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense notes of jasmine and rose, enriched with mineral and fruity notes, of peach and lime. In the mouth it proves fresh and elegant, with an intriguing citric persistence in the finish.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and white meats, this Puligny Montrachet becomes unsurpassed with fish dishes and soft cheeses.
