Description
Rhum Clairin Casimir from the Douglas Casimir Distilleries is produced in the remote village of Barraderès located on the Antilles sea, in Haiti, exclusively from sugar cane juice of the Hawaii variety, harvested when fully ripe, the spontaneous fermentation of which follows discontinuous distillation in 2 steps in pot still still. This rum is named after its distiller: Flaubert Casimir. Being produced by local farmers in a totally artisanal way and according to a certain artistic sensitivity, it can boast the Triple A brand.
Crystalline white in color, Rhum Clairin Casimir opens to the nose with evident sensations of ginger, cinnamon and sugar cane. On the palate it is intense and refined, with fruity and spicy notes and a pleasant finish of ivy and rose.
Ideal for the preparation of refined cocktails, this white rum is also indicated to be served straight for moments dedicated to meditation.
