Description
El Coto Crianza Ecológico is a wine produced in the historic wine region of Rioja. The Tempranillo grapes used come from vineyards that adopt ancestral and environmentally friendly agricultural practices, avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a moderate temperature to preserve the natural qualities of the fruit and facilitate a gentle extraction of polyphenolic compounds. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in American oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months in the cellar.
To the eye, it displays an intense ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruit and balsamic notes emerge. On the palate, it stands out for its vibrant acidity and smooth tannins, which make it a pleasantly persistent and balanced wine.
This wine is a suitable companion for a variety of culinary preparations, particularly when paired with roasts, stews, and cheeses.
