Description
The Roero Arneis Villata of the Terredavino Company was born in the heart of the Roero on the left of the Tanaro river, in Piedmont.
It is produced exclusively from Arneis grapes all harvested and selected manually. After the harvest there is a cold maceration and a soft pressing. Subsequently the wine ferments in purity for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of about 16-18 ° C. The refinement of the wine takes place in the bottle in order to develop the structure and pleasantness of the aromas.
Roero Arneis Villata is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet, with apricot notes and hints of linden. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and broad. This wine gives a long finish.
It is perfect to combine with vegetarian first courses. It goes very well with shellfish and seafood.
