Roero DOCG Arneis Villata 2016 Vite Colte
Description
The Roero Arneis Villata of the Terredavino Company was born in the heart of the Roero on the left of the Tanaro river, in Piedmont.
It is produced exclusively from Arneis grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the harvest the grapes are subjected to a cold maceration and soft pressing. Subsequently the wine ferments in purity for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. The refinement of the wine takes place in the bottle in order to develop the structure and pleasantness of the aromas.
Roero Arneis Villata is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fruity apricot bouquet, enriched with hints of linden. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and broad. This wine gives a pleasantly long finish.
It is perfect to combine with vegetarian first courses. It goes very well with shellfish and seafood.
