Toscana IGT Rosso Coli
Description
Rosso di Toscana di Coli comes from vineyards located in the Florentine municipality of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in Tuscany.
It is produced with Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine in the same containers, before being bottled.
It has a ruby red color. The nose opens with a vinous and fruity perfume, soft and pleasant. On the palate it is dry and persistent, with a bitter aftertaste.
Excellent to accompany cold cuts and cheese appetizers, this red wine is ideal in combination with first courses and meat courses, both white and red.
