Description

The Donna Lisa Bianco by Leone de Castris was born in the vineyards located on the eastern coast of Puglia.

It is produced with pure Malvasia Bianca grapes, harvested in the first ten days of September. After cold maceration and settling, the must ferments using indigenous yeasts and then remains on the fine lees for about 4 months. The wine ages for another 7 months in bottle and then goes on the market.

It is characterized by a golden yellow color. The nose highlights hints of citrus, pineapple, banana and vanilla. In the mouth it is decidedly fresh and sweet notes of hazelnut butter stand out.

Particularly suitable to accompany fish soups, it also goes well with risotto and white meats.
