Description
The Sancerre Rosé Les Roches Blanches La Cheteau is a wine that comes from vines grown on the red and clay-limestone soils of the Loire, an ideal choice for the Pinot Noir grape. This soil composition contributes to the aromatic richness and complexity of the wine, reflecting the elegance and finesse typical of this wine.
The production of this rosé occurs through a short maceration of the grapes, followed by pressing and "saignée" vinification. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, to preserve the freshness and intensity of the fruity aromas. Subsequently, the wine matures on the fine lees, enriching its structure and giving it greater roundness.
Visually, it presents itself with a delicate petal pink color. The bouquet is complex, with rich aromas of small red fruits that explode on the nose. On the palate, the wine is round and soft, characterized by a persistent freshness that invites another sip. The finish is pleasantly fresh and long.
This Rosé is perfect for enjoying on its own or as an accompaniment to poultry dishes and summer cuisine. Its versatility makes it an ideal companion for a wide variety of occasions, from casual dinners to special moments outdoors.
