Description

The Sant'Antimo Rosso of the Il Vino dei Poeti di Bottega line comes from vineyards located in Castelnuovo dell'Abate, in the Sienese municipality of Montalcino.

It is produced with Sangiovese and Colorino grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels, before being placed on the market.

The Sant'Antimo Rosso The Wine of the Poets of Bottega has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with delicate spicy hints, accompanied by notes of toasted. On the palate it is full-bodied and easy to drink, with a pleasantly persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
