Description

This non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from selected vineyards in the wine regions of Marlborough and Waipara, New Zealand. The fruit from Marlborough imparts the typical characteristics of the varietal, while the grapes from Waipara balance the acidity to offer a smooth and structured wine.

The production involves traditional winemaking followed by an innovative alcohol removal process using rotary cone technology. This method allows for the preservation of the delicate aromas of Sauvignon Blanc, ensuring an authentic and recognizable tasting profile.

On the nose, it releases hints of fresh lime, red currant, and lemon biscuit. On the palate, citrus notes emerge, followed by nuances of black currant and passion fruit, creating a fresh and lively sip. The finish is dry, crisp, and pleasantly juicy, inviting a second taste.

Perfectly paired with Thai green curry with chicken and fresh coriander.
