Sicilia DOC Nero d'Avola 2021 Era

The Nero d'Avola of the Era brand belongs to the line dedicated exclusively to Italian organic wines.

Nero d'Avola grapes are harvested and de-stemmed, to then be vinified with a maceration of 7-8 days. Fermentations take place in thermo-regulated steel vats.

Intense ruby red color with purple hues, the wine is expressed on the nose with notes of ripe black fruit, blueberries, blackberries, black mulberries. The taste is well structured, with well integrated tannins.

Ideal accompaniment to grilled meats and vegetables and aged cheeses.
