Sicilia DOC Bianco Maggiore 2016 Rallo
Description
The Sicilia Bianco Maggiore di Rallo is born in vineyards, organically run, located in the municipality of Marsala, in the province of Trapani.
It is produced exclusively with Grillo grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand in early September. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ° C, for 8 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel and for another month in bottle before being released on the market.
Bianco Maggiore di Rallo is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with evident hints of grapefruit, enriched with notes of pineapple, citrus fruits and tropical fruits. On the palate it is dry and balanced, with a pleasantly mineral finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany any fish dish.
