Slovenja ZGP Goriška Brda Rebula 2016 Blazic
Description
Rebula di Blazic is produced in the Cormons area, in the heart of the Collio Friulano. The vineyards, cultivated according to a low environmental impact processing method, are defined by the presence of marly soils, very mineral.
The grape, Ribolla Gialla in purity, - or Rebula, in Slovenian - is harvested and transported to the cellar. Here, the grapes left to rest for three days begin alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeast activity. Once pressed, they end the fermentation phase in the form of must, inside concrete tanks. The refinement takes place entirely in the bottle.
At sight it is straw yellow with golden reflections. The olfactory bouquet is delicate and recalls white and yellow flowers, with sweet fruity notes to finish. In the mouth it is velvety and has a good structure, in balance with the freshness and marked flavor.
Excellent as an accompaniment to delicate preparations based on fish or vegetables. Try it with a plate of tagliolini prawns and courgettes.
