The Soave Classico DOC Monte Carbonare comes from the vineyards cultivated on the black volcanic lands, and has all the energy of the extinct volcano in the glass.

Born from hand-selected and softly pressed Garganega grapes, this suave refines in steel to maintain all the pure and mineral character of the Carbonare grape.

In the glass it immediately strikes for its bright yellow color and for its characteristic smoky and sulphurous aromas, with clear notes of flint accompanied by gentler aromas of citrus and mountain herbs. The minerality of this wine is to be enjoyed, both on the nose and on the palate in which freshness and flavor go hand in hand towards a long and persistent finish.
