Description
The Classic Brut Method Sparkling Wine from Costaripa comes from the vineyards located in the Garda area, in the heart of Franciacorta.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, coming from the most suitable areas of Garda. Part of the must ferments in white oak barrels at controlled temperatures.
This Brut is characterized by a persistent white foam and perlage with fine bubbles. The wine also has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense and ample aromas of fresh fruits and green apple, enriched with pleasant hints of sage and honey. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with a perfect balance between freshness and flavor.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and white meats.
