Description

The Classic Method Brut Sparkling Opere Treviso from Villa Sandi was born in the renowned wine-growing area in Veneto.

It is produced 70% from Chardonnay grapes and 30% from Pinot Noir grapes, percentages that may vary slightly depending on the vintage. All the grapes are harvested and carefully selected by expert hands.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color, has a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an intense and elegant floral bouquet, enriched with hints of leavened bread dough and small summer mountain flowers. On the palate it is soft, fresh and pleasantly dry. This sparkling wine gives a persistent and savory finish.

It is perfect to serve during both formal and informal aperitifs, it is excellent to combine with second courses based on grilled fish or with recipes based on soft and dliced white meats.
