Description
The Sud Nera was born inside the Gjulia brewery, in Friuli. Resumes the style of the Strong Ale, of English and Belgian tradition.
This beer is very dark in color, black, with a dense, cappuccino-colored foam. The nose is dominated by the under-spirit cherry malt supported by caramel notes. In the mouth it has a good structure, with velvety notes that accompany a well-dosed bitterness, and notes of coffee and cocoa in the background.
The Sud Nera di Gjulia goes well with game, it is also perfect to accompany desserts, dry pastries and dark chocolate.
