Description

Altkirch di Colterenzio is the result of an international grape variety grown in South Tyrol for about 100 years, which has been able to adapt in an excellent way to the characteristics of the soil and these South Tyrolean microclimates.

The fermentation of the must takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Refine a few months on the lees before being bottled.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet, with notes of exotic fruit reminiscent of pineapple and mango. In the mouth it is harmonious and balanced, fine and delicate.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany fish and white meats.
