Description

The Alto Adige Valle Isarco Müller Thurgau of Köfererhof was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Novacella, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested manually in early September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 4 months in the same containers, before being bottled.

Köfererhof's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Müller Thurgau has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with delicate aromas of lily of the valley and cedar, which are accompanied by hints of hay and pumice stone. On the palate it is savory and fresh, with returns of fresh almond.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with shellfish first courses and grilled fish.
