Description
Syrah symbol of Washington state, Boom Boom! it is the wine that Charles Smith dedicated to his first love, known as Boom Boom O'Brien.
Produced almost entirely from Syrah grapes, it receives support from small additions of Viognier and Grenache grapes, our Cannonau. After a classic fermentation in steel, the wine spends a short period in second passage oak barrels.
Ruby red in color, it releases an explosion of intense spicy notes on the nose. In the mouth it is a rich and voluminous wine, very satisfying.
Excellent to combine with barbecue ribs, it is ideal with lamb meatballs.
