Taurasi Riserva DOCG Vigna 2014 Quintodecimo

The Taurasi Riserva Vigna Quintodecimo wants to represent the most intimate soul of a grape variety that has made the land of Irpinia famous in Campania.

It consists of 100% Aglianico, coming from a two-hectare cru that bears the name of the company. The clay soils with good limestone endowment bring finesse to the grapes, which are enhanced by aging in oak barrels for a period ranging from 18 to 24 months.

Ruby red, embellished with some garnet reflections. The nose shows a floral trace and one of spices, against the background of morello cherry and cherry. The powerful but perfectly managed tannin in a velvety perception enriches the structure and sculpts elegance.

Perfect to accompany a dish of tagliatelle with game ragù.
