Teroldego Rotaliano DOC Lealbere 2017 Zeni
Description
The Teroldego Rotaliano Lealbere di Zeni was born in organically managed vineyards located in the municipality of San Michele all'Adige, in the province of Trento.
It is produced exclusively with Teroldego grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand at the end of September. Fermentation takes place in steel vats for 10 days. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine rests for about 6 months in steel tanks in order to preserve the fragrance of the aromas of blackberry and raspberry typical of Teroldego intact.
It has a bright and bright ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of raspberry and blackberry typical of the variety. In the mouth it is dry and full-bodied, well structured and sapid.
Perfect to accompany roast red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
