Description

Vernatxa is a white wine produced in Spain by Celler Frisach using Garnacha Blanca grapes grown according to the principles of organic farming in the Corbera d'Ebre area, within the Terra Alta designation. This authentic interpretation of the grape variety enhances the historical roots of the territory, renewing its identity with great stylistic consistency.

The grapes are manually selected and undergo spontaneous fermentation with the skins to extract maximum varietal expressiveness. The wine ages for six months in 500-liter oak barrels, without filtration or stabilization processes, ensuring a natural and intact profile.

Yellow in color with golden highlights, it offers aromas of ripe banana, fennel, quince, and mineral hints on the nose. On the palate, it is structured and creamy, with good acidity, a perfect balance between fruit and wood, and a persistent finish that recalls saline notes.

Ideal with flavorful fish dishes, grilled white meats, or aged cheeses.
