Description
Ojo de Agua's Ojo de Ibiza red wine is born in vineyards located in the north of the island of Ibiza.
The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Monastrell and Syrah grapes. The grapes are fermented in small tanks. The wine thus obtained is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
It is characterized by an intense purple red color. The nose opens with aromas of red flowers, black elderberry and chalk. The taste is fresh and juicy, with strong tannins and an elegant finish.
Perfect to accompany cold cuts and cheeses, grilled red meats and roasts.
