Description
The Syrah of the Era brand belongs to the line dedicated exclusively to Italian organic wines.
The Syrah grapes are harvested and de-stemmed, to then be vinified with a maceration of 7–8 days. Fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated steel vats, the subsequent ageing in wooden barrels.
Intense ruby red colour, the wine is expressed on the nose with notes of ripe fruit, sweet spices and licorice. The taste is well structured, with well integrated tannins.
Perfect as with grilled chicken, pasta with meat sauce and soft cheeses.
