Natsu by Casa Rojo is a white wine made from Monastrell grapes vinified as white in the Murcia region. This Blanc de Noir represents an innovative expression of the grape variety, combining originality and quality, while maintaining a strong connection to the Mediterranean area and offering an elegant, fresh, and contemporary style.

The grapes are carefully harvested and gently pressed to avoid the extraction of color, thus obtaining a white wine from red-skinned grapes.
