Description

The red wine Minami by Casa Rojo comes from vineyards located in the Spanish wine region of Murcia.

It is composed of Syrah and Petit Verdot grapes, which are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures in French and American oak barriques for 12 months.

In the glass, the wine shows a ruby red color. On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh red fruit. The palate is full and concentrated, with a lovely acidity and a persistent finish.

It pairs very well with roast meats.
