Description
The Miràll Rosé by Sella & Mosca is a Brut rosé sparkling wine born from the combination of Torbato, a grape variety symbolic of the Alghero area, with a native red-berried variety. The cuvée elegantly and vibrantly expresses the identity of the region, thanks to the biodiversity of the origin parcels and the unique characteristics of the calcareous soils that give the wine freshness and structure.
The vinification is carried out through soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature. After the base wines are blended, the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the Martinotti method, with aging on lees for about two months to ensure softness, finesse, and well-integrated aromas.
With a delicate blush pink color, the aromatic profile develops between floral and citrus notes typical of Torbato, combined with hints of cherry and white peach. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a pleasant softness and a balance that expresses itself in an elegant and persistent finish.
Perfect with dishes based on raw fish, shellfish, or grilled vegetables, enhancing delicate and natural flavors.
