Description

Ambrae del Poliziano was born following the revival of the cultivation of certain white grape variety clones, including Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, after their interruption in 1990 to make way for red grape varieties.

Produced from a manual harvest in crates and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature with selected yeasts, the wine matures for 16 months in stainless steel and refines its organoleptic characteristics during 3 months spent in the bottle.

It shows a straw yellow color in the glass. On the nose, it reveals intense fruity sensations, enriched by floral hints of broom. The palate is fluid and linear, pleasantly fresh and mineral.

It excels when paired with all seafood dishes.
