Toscana IGT Montepetri 2017 Pasolini dall'Onda

The Toscana Bianco Montepetri was born in the wine reality of the Pasolini dall'Onda winery, located in the extraordinary panorama of Barberino Val d'Elsa, in Tuscany.

It is produced 85% from Chardonnay grapes and 15% from Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested entirely by hand in mid-September. After a soft pressing, fermentation takes place in oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C for 30 days. Subsequently the wine ages for about 1 month in the bottle.

Toscana Bianco Montepetri is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with pleasant delicate and intense aromatic aromas. On the palate it is rich, soft and gives a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany light aperitifs based on fish and shellfish, it is ideal in combination with tender white meats.
