Description
The Toscana Bianco Nicchiaia of the Fattoria di S. Quintino was born in vineyards located on the gentle hill of San Quintino, in the heart of San Miniato.
It is produced with Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place with a short cold skin maceration. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for 3 months, for further 3 months in bottle.
It is characterized by a pale yellow color. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a fruity aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats.
