Description
The Corbucci Toscana Rosso Corba Nero comes from vineyards located in Sant'Andrea a Gavignalla, in the hamlet of Gambassi Terme, in the heart of Tuscany.
It is produced 95% with Sangiovese grapes and 5% with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 28 ° C for 10 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 12 months, and for a further 6 months in bottle.
The Corba Nero is characterized by a deep ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with hints of berries, enriched with pleasant aromas of black currant and black fruit. On the palate it is full, full-bodied and pleasantly warm. The wine has thick tannins and a long finish.
Perfect to accompany roasts and grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
