Description
Gavignano represents the only white wine of Villa Travignoli.
It is mainly made with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected in mid-September. After fermentation for 10 days in temperature-controlled steel vats, this wine is refined in the same containers for 3 months and finally in glass, before being released on the market.
It is characterized by a bright straw yellow. The nose offers persistent and very elegant aromas of white fruit. In the mouth it shows good freshness, with a taste and dry.
It goes very well with delicate appetizers, first courses and seafood risotto.
