Description
The Toscana Nero di Nubi di Castello di Farnetella was born in vineyards located in the locality of Farnetella, in the Sienese municipality of Sinalunga.
It is produced with pure Pinot Noir grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of maximum 28-30 ° C, for 15-18 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 12-15 months in oak barrels and for 8-10 months in bottle, before being marketed.
Nero di Nubi from Castello di Farnetella is characterized by a soft ruby red color, with orange reflections. The nose opens with a rich and intense fruity bouquet, enriched with delicate vanilla notes. On the palate it is slightly tannic, with pleasant spicy notes and an elegant and persistent aftertaste.
This red wine is perfect to accompany noble poultry and game.
