Description
The Tuscany Rosato Rhoseas of Tenuta Il Corno is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Val di Pesa, in the cellar built in the XII century by an ancient Florentine family, of Pistoia origin, the Del Corno.
It is produced with Sangiovese and Shiraz grapes, harvested towards the end of September. After racking, fermentation takes place in white in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being bottled.
It is characterized by an intense pink color, with slight purple reflections. The nose opens with a fine, intense and ethereal bouquet, with pleasant floral aromas and delicate hints of red fruits. On the palate it is savory, fresh and pleasantly lively.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats.
