Description

Santa Cristina Rosato Antinori is a Toscana Rosato IGT produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes.

After the harvest of the single grapes by variety, the vinification is carried out separately by proceeding with maceration to extract the necessary color without losing the varietal freshness.

Intense salmon pink in color, it has hints of pink, purple, citrus fruit references that close with tones of wild herbs. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with good alternation between body and fruit, good structure and medium persistence.

Perfect for white meats, beef tartare, vegetable-based first courses and pasta omelettes.
