Toscana IGT Rosso Nemorino 2014 I Giusti & Zanza

The Toscana Rosso Nemorino of the I Giusti & Zanza winery is born in vineyards located on the gentle hills of Fauglia, on the coast of Tuscany. Giusti & Zanza Wines are the perfect expression of the territory, cultivating the vineyards only in organic farming.

It is produced 60% with Syrah grapes and 40% with Merlot grapes. Fermentation takes place in barriques, with maceration on the skins, at a controlled temperature of 27-30 ° C for 18-21 days. The wine ages in barriques for 8 months, and for a further 6 months in bottle.

The Nemorino Rosso is characterized by a red color, with purple hues. The nose opens with an elegant and fresh bouquet, with hints of ripe red fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, with silky tannins.

Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with first courses and aged cheeses.
