Description

Santa Cristina Antinori is a Toscana Rosso IGT produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes.

After the harvest of the single grapes by variety, the vinification is carried out separately proceeding both with maceration and malolactic fermentation. Part of the ageing takes place in wood and part in steel.

Ruby red in colour with violet reflections, it has hints of cherry and violet, red and black fruits, with a slightly spicy and vegetal finish. On the palate it shows softness and intensity, with good persistence and return of spicy and spicy notes.

Perfect for red meats, medium-aged cheeses and fresh cold cuts.
