Description

The Chardonnay Riserva Maso Toresella by Cavit is a white wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in Trentino, in the Valle dei Laghi, near Lake Toblino. The sub-Mediterranean pedoclimatic context, influenced by the Ora del Garda breeze, favors the production of wines characterized by finesse, elegance, and good aromatic expression.

After destemming, the must remains briefly in contact with the skins at low temperature to promote aroma extraction. Fermentation takes place in lightly toasted French oak barriques, followed by a period of aging in wood, subsequent rest in stainless steel, and further refinement in bottle.

On sight, it shows a pale gold color. On the nose, it offers delicate hints of vanilla, accompanied by notes of peach and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, smooth, and elegant, with a persistent and harmonious finish.

It pairs well with radicchio risotto, swordfish with capers and cherry tomatoes, and baked dentex.
