Description

This Teroldego Rotaliano was born in the vineyards of the VIlla Vescovile company, near Trento.

It is made from 100% Teroldego Rotaliano grapes, harvested from selected vines when fully ripe. The must is left to ferment on the skins for ten days at a temperature of 30 ° C. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged for about 4 months in large fine oak barrels.

Teroldego Rotaliano has a very deep ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with a characteristic fruity aroma with evident violet notes. On the palate it shows a good acidity and a pleasant sapidity well aligned with a slightly tannic, bitter and harmonious aftertaste.

Perfect pairing with braised meat and game.
