Description
Monfort Brut is a Trento Doc that comes to life from the hilly landscapes of Trento and Pergine Valsugana, at altitudes between 400 and 600 meters above sea level.
Chardonnay in purity, it is sparkling according to the dictates of the Metodo Classico, with ageing of at least 24 months on its lees.
Straw yellow by the glass with a fine and continuous perlage, it has an intense and fruity aroma that denotes great cleanliness, with hints of white flowers here and there, among which elderberry and anise flowers excel. The sip is dry and full, fragrant and harmonious.
Ideal as an aperitif or combined with the whole meal. Recommended in the company of vegetable-based savory pies.
