Description

The Trento DOC Metodo Classico Brut Millesimato sparkling wine from Cantina Altemasi originates in the vineyards most renowned for sparkling wine production in Trentino.

It is made from pure Chardonnay grapes, carefully hand-picked and selected. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine ages on the lees for over 30 months.

This Millesimato is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It features very fine-grained bubbles and a very persistent foam. On the nose, it opens with an elegant and complex aroma of delicate fruity notes, enriched by hints of citrus and peach. On the palate, it is pleasantly dry and fresh, with a refined and complex structure.

Ideal to serve during an aperitif, it pairs excellently with crispy mixed fried fish and lemon scaloppini.
