Description

Valentini's TrentoDOC Blanc de Blancs is a traditional method sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the most suitable areas of the Trentino valley. This wine elegantly and straightforwardly embodies the style of mountain sparkling wines, expressing freshness, finesse, and a pleasant territorial character. The careful selection of grapes and low-yield vineyard management help define a refined and harmonious profile.

After white vinification at a controlled temperature, the base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method. Aging on the lees lasts for over a year, allowing the sparkling wine to develop aromatic complexity, delicate perlage, and gustatory balance. The entire production process enhances the purity of Chardonnay and the typical freshness of the Trentino area.

In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow color with a fine, continuous perlage. The nose reveals fragrant fruity notes and delicate vegetal hints, accompanied by a pleasant impression of freshness. The palate is lively, dry, and agile, supported by good sapidity and a fresh, elegant finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish appetizers, shellfish, light fried foods, and delicate Mediterranean dishes.
