Description

Monfort Riserva is a Trento Doc made from vineyards planted on porphyritic and free-sandy soils in the hilly area of Trento and Pergine Valsugana, at an altitude of between 400 and 600 meters above sea level.

Traditional classic method obtained from a blend with a clear prevalence of Chardonnay grapes over Pinot Noir grapes. It matures for 60 months on its lees before disgorgement.

Golden yellow with fine and persistent perlage, it releases the typical hints of bread crust on the nose accompanied by a pleasant presence of vanilla and hesperidate notes. When tasted, it expresses a full, full and soft taste, with an amalgam of fragrant aromas that recall the smell.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout the meal for a special occasion.
