Description

The Pasionado Cuatro Cepas is a red wine produced in Argentina by the Andeluna winery, using selected grapes from excellent plots in the vineyard located in Gualtallary, in the Tupungato district, in the Uco Valley in Mendoza, at over 1300 meters above sea level. This wine represents the expression of the passion and commitment of the winemaking team to enhance the territory and environmental sustainability.

The harvest is carried out manually at dawn in April, upon reaching full phenolic ripeness. After a manual selection of the grapes, cold pre-fermentation maceration follows. Each variety is vinified separately in steel and aged in tanks and barrels in different proportions before the final blend.

With an intense violet color, it expresses aromas of ripe black fruits, spices, chocolate, coconut, and smoky hints on the nose. On the palate, it has a solid structure, great complexity, and a long, persistent finish.

Ideal with important roasts, spicy meat-based dishes, or aged hard cheeses.
