Turà Extra Dry Lamberti
Description
Lamberti's Turà Extra Dry comes from vineyards that overlook the fantastic scenery of Lake Garda.
It is mainly produced with Riesling and Durello grapes. It is obtained from a base cuvèe to which selected yeasts are added. Subsequently the wine undergoes sparkling process in steel autoclaves, according to the Charmat method, for 30-60 days, and remains to refine on its lees.
Lamberti's Turà Extra Dry is characterized by a yellow color with light greenish reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with delicate hints of white peach, accompanied by light aromatic notes. On the palate it is sapid and pleasantly fruity, soft and harmonious.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany appetizers, light first courses and second courses based on fish and white meats.
