Description
Sangiovese Falesco is born in the vineyards located in Orvieto, in Umbria.
It is produced 100% with hand-picked Sangiovese grapes in the third week of September. The vinification process includes a long maceration on the skins. The evolution of the wine takes place in barriques for 3 months and, for a short period, in the bottle.
Sangiovese Falesco is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose shows hints of ripe cherry and strawberry. On the palate, soft tannins and an enveloping silkiness are perfectly combined with spicy hints at the mouth.
Ideal with cold cuts and aged cheeses, it is perfect to accompany white and red meats.
