Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Bosco di Gica Adami

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut Bosco di Gica di Adami was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Valdobbiadene, Vidor and Farra di Soligo, in the heart of the Veneto region.

It is mainly produced with Glera grapes and with Chardonnay grapes, coming from the vineyards of the classic production area. After pressing and cooling the must, fermentation of the selected yeasts takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the bottle for 3 months before being marketed.

Bosco di Gica is characterized by a straw yellow color with a thick foam, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and fruity bouquet, enriched by elegant aromas of yellow apple, peach and wisteria. Gives balance and freshness, combined with aromatic notes of great purity. On the palate it is acidic and sapid, fresh and fruity.

Perfect to accompany fresh and light appetizers of fish, seafood and molluscs, it is ideal in combination with delicate first courses.
