Description

Prosecco Superiore represents one of the products of the Mionetto Luxury Collection. This wine is born in the vineyards of the Venetian company, within the famous Prosecco Valdobbiadene denomination.

Produced exclusively with Glera grapes, Rive Santo Stefano prosecco is subjected to a soft pressing, before starting the sparkling process following the Charmat method, to best express the typical characteristics of the grape and the product.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers intense floral aromas, with distinct notes of apple, pear and citrus nuances. In the mouth its freshness and persistence of its bubbles shine.

Perfect for refined aperitifs, it also goes very well with more important dishes based on crustaceans or raw fish. Excellent if combined with sushi.
